Shipping Destinations
- We ship in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where USPS delivers).
- International shipping is also available.
Carriers & Delivery Times
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS typically USPS First Class Package Service or USPS Priority Mail depending on size/weight.

Estimated delivery times (after your order leaves our warehouse in Oceanside, CA):
- Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
- These are estimates only. Actual delivery can vary due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays. Clayer is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and handed off to USPS within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking
- Every order receives a tracking number emailed to you once it ships.
- You can track your package directly through the USPS website or the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (most common bundles qualify automatically).
- Flat rate fees below $50.
Address Accuracy & Responsibility
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Clayer is not responsible for orders lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- If an order is returned to us because of an invalid address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs (original shipping fee + return shipping + new shipping fee).

For International shipping, a phone number is required.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once your order is marked as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.
- For damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (your choice).
- For lost/missing packages: We’ll work with USPS/UPS to open an investigation (usually 7–14 days). If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund at our discretion.
- We recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery to monitor incoming packages.
Bulk / Wholesale / Large Orders
- For team, gym, or bulk purchases (e.g., multiple gallons of body wash or large clay packs), contact us directly at info@clayerworld.com for custom shipping quotes and options.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
