Dr. Corey Lichtman obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology/Pre-Physical Therapy from San Diego State University followed by a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. He is certified in Inter-X treatment, all levels of kinesiology taping and applies his training received from ongoing education and experience to the unique condition of each patient. 
Dr. Lichtman holds numerous post graduate certifications in sports medicine, rehab and strength and conditioning. He has worked with athletes from the NBA, NFL, MLB and MLS. Since its return in 2009, he has been the team Chiropractor and coordinator for the San Diego Sockers, a 15-time National Championship team. Training athletes for over 20 years, Dr. Lichtman is heavily involved in the action sports world. Dr. Lichtman’s passion for helping athletes prevent and recover from injury is grounded in personal experience. Repeated injuries during high school soccer eventually prevented him from playing in college, and it became his mission to help others achieve their goals without injury or properly heal and restore to full functional capacity.
In 2010, Dr. Lichtman was involved in the first group of Instructors with RockTape ™ to become a “Power Taping” instructor. He teaches multiple RockTape™ taping techniques specifically designed for the athlete.
In 2012, Dr. Lichtman was appointed to the board of directors for the International Testicular Foundation. He’s also been named as an affiliate of STOP (Sports Trauma and Overuse Prevention), a division of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM). Dr. Lichtman was appointed by Governor Brown as a Board Member of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners here in CA.
